Pratisha GANGWAR

Researcher

Dr. Pratisha Gangwar is a skilled researcher and physicist with a passion for advancing the field of engineering. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from MJP Rohilkahand University in 2011 and later earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Allahabad with a focus on Quantum Field Theory in 2013. In 2020, she obtained her Ph.D. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where she dedicated her research to exploring the potential of layered materials for energy harvesting.

After completing her Ph.D., Dr. Pratisha Gangwar joined the Centre for Applied Research in Electronics at IIT Delhi, where she contributed to the development of piezoresistive pressure sensors. She then joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay in December 2021, where she worked on the back end of line (BEOL) compatible process development for non-volatile memories.

Dr. Pratisha Gangwar recently joined Prof. Aaron Thean’s Group at NUS in March 2023, where her major responsibility is to develop back-end-of-line compatible processes for 3D monolithic integration for non-volatile memories. Her extensive academic background and research experience make her an accomplished and dedicated researcher in the field of physics and engineering.
