Dr. Wei Jiaqi is a research fellow in the School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He graduated jointly from NTU, Singapore and Sorbonne University, France with a PhD in material science in 2016. During this time, he uncovered the reversible
metal ion desolvation and structural changes during spatially confined electrosorption and pioneered the research of confined electrochemical energy storage. His current research interests include energy storage, flexible electronic systems, and confined electrochemistry.
