Maheswari SIVAN is a postdoctoral research fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS), working under Professor Aaron Thean. Her research focuses on two-dimensional materials for advanced logic and memristive technologies, combining experimental work with simulation techniques such as TCAD modeling and quantum transport analysis. She has published in top journals, including Nature Communications, ACS Nano, and npj 2D Materials and Applications.

Maheswari earned her Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NUS, her M.Tech. in Solid State Technology from the Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology, and her B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kerala University.

Looking ahead, she aims to integrate device physics, materials science, and machine learning-enhanced computational methods to drive transformative advances in semiconductor technologies
