- Manohar LAL
Dr. Manohar LAL is a Senior Research Fellow at the SHINE Centre, NUS, and leads the E6NanoFab Lithography and Ion Beam Milling clusters. His expertise lies in sub-10 nm device fabrication using advanced nanolithography and focused ion beam techniques. His research focuses on advanced semiconductor devices and 3D-printed interconnects for Electronic and Photonic Integrated Circuits (EPICs).
He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from IISc Bangalore in 2018 and previously served as a Scientific Officer at BARC, Mumbai. Since joining NUS in 2018, he has been instrumental in setting up the Orion NanoFab Helium Ion Microscope lab.
