Ms. Zihan ZHAO is a Research Engineer at the SHINE Centre, where she is currently involved in advanced research on smart thermal management for GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs). She earned her Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2025.

Her research interests lie at the intersection of materials engineering and thermal solutions for next-generation electronic devices.
